Refund policy

All sales at Brand27, are final.
We don’t accept any returns or offer refunds. Sales once made are final and the sole responsibility of the purchasing party.

Considering the uniqueness of our offering, exchange may not be always possible.

We can surely support if it’s a genuine size exchange or can provide a GIFT CARD/credit note in case your size is not available.

If we don’t have the requested size in stock, we shall provide you with a store credit in the form of a coupon code but not a refund.

Exchange is subject to availability of the product.

Please request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order. We can ONLY accept an exchange on a product if the box & the tags are intact and the product is not worn. For exchange you can drop us an email at contact.brand27@gmail.com or if possible, can get exchanged at our warehouse in Delhi.

However, we do offer returns only in case if you receive an incorrect or defective item. The amount will be given as store credit in the form of coupon.

You will receive Gift Card/credit or exchange, once we have received the product and is inspected by our team. Takes up to 2-3 days. The items should be in their original packaging, should not be worn, should have the tags intact.

If the items do not satisfy the condition mentioned above, the same item will be shipped back to you after you pay the shipping cost.

NOTE: In case of any exchange, the shipping cost has to be born by the customer. however, in case of wrong/ defective items received, the shipping cost will be born by Brand27. 

Cancellation by Brand27:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back into your Card Account.

Cancellation by customer:

Cancellations will only be considered if:

    1. Request before dispatch: Customers can cancel orders before dispatch, with the refunded amount provided as store credit in the form of coupons.
    2. Post-dispatch cancellation: If customers still wish to cancel after dispatch, a 10% deduction from the order value will be applied, and the remaining amount refunded as store credit (coupons). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
