All orders placed with Brand27 are shipped from our warehouse in Delhi, India.

As soon you place your order with Brand27, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Delhi, India

We are currently shipping orders within India only.

How long does it usually take to deliver an order?

From the date of purchase you can expect delivery within 4-6 Days.

Is there any delivery fee?

  • Yes, we are charging a flat shipping fee of Rs. 199 on orders below Rs. 9,999.
  • Free shipping on orders above Rs. 9,999.
  • When you review your order on the checkout page, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected.

How do I track the status of my order?

As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Normally, orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company.

What is the usual time taken to dispatch the order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Tuesday-Sunday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

What if my order is delayed?

Any delay and/or extension in delivery time caused by the courier company carrying your package is their responsibility. Brand27 will attempt to fast track the delivery in case of delays, however, won’t and can’t be held liable for such after we’ve dispatched the item from our end. 

Can I change my delivery address after order is confirmed?

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Why isn't my order showing up on the tracking page?

Orders that haven’t been shipped or scanned by our delivery partner won’t show up on the tracking page. Please allow 3-5 business days for this information to appear.

 

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address, including any necessary special instructions and where someone will be available to receive the order. If an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number is provided, our courier partner will contact you for the correct information through the contact details provided by you while placing the order. Please note that we are unable to schedule deliveries without a valid address and phone number. Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for any lost shipments due to an incorrect address.

Please allow 7-10 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive, though in practice they usually arrive within 5 working days.

 

What if the product goes out of stock?

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website from time-to-time but there may be a rare stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund in the form of coupons. 

What if one of the items in my order goes out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and
dispatch the rest of the order.
